Government work
Transfield Services
Uni-Build NSW) Pty Ltd has had a contract since 2008 with Transfield, a global provider of operations, maintenance and construction services. In that time, Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd has undertaken the following projects for the company:
Australian Defence Force (ADF) – Contract held since August 2011
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd offers NSW-wide maintenance at more than 15 ADF sites from Sydney to Tweed Heads. Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd acts as a one-stop shop to ADF by providing a range of trade services.
Queensland Rail – Contract held since December 2011
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd provided maintenance on domestic properties in Mt Isa that house fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) workers who are employed by Queensland Rail.
Housing and Property Group – Contract held since October 2008
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd services the State Government contract across the Hunter region. The contract requires both scheduled and reactive maintenance work on Housing and Property Group’s residential properties, which can involve fixing broken locks or windows to the total re-building of burned-out properties.
Fire Safety Upgrade (FSU)
This project for Housing and Property Group requires Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd to undertake work that will reduce the fire threat to Housing and Property Group properties. Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd carried out this work from Newcastle to the Queensland border and out to the far west of NSW.
Commercial work
As well as large government contracts, Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd is experienced in working for and in conjunction with other businesses on commercial projects.
Caves Beachside Resort
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd worked for Graph Building, a large award-winning Newcastle builder, in the construction of the luxurious Caves Beachside Resort. Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd constructed the resort’s decks, screenings, and jetties and undertook landscaping around the pool area.
OneSteel
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd provides OneSteel, Australia’s largest manufacturer and distributor of a range of steel products, with comprehensive industrial maintenance. OneSteel is now known as Arrium Mining and Metals.
Residential work
Uni-Build (NSW) Pty Ltd also undertakes residential work which, through quality high-end development, is rapidly becoming a major element of our portfolio. This work can range from hanging a door, to a deck extension and a total home renovation.
